Nordkapp Creative takes HR to the next level with Greenstep’s Kick Off Workshop
Nordkapp Creative wanted to make HR a more strategic part of the company’s operations and sought a partner to guide them in structuring and developing their HR practices. “We already had a strong relationship with Greenstep, so it was an obvious choice when we wanted to develop our HR practices. At that time, we didn’t have an in-house HR team, so most HR tasks were operational. The Kick Off Workshop allowed us to shift our focus to more strategic HR work”, says Elisa Nurro, Director of Internal Operations at Nordkapp.

The workshop began with Greenstep’s consultant helping the team map the current HR landscape and identify key priorities for development. The entire leadership team participated, which proved essential for building a shared understanding and commitment.
