The Legal HelpDesk can assist with matters related to a company’s day-to-day management and decision-making, such as quickly resolving questions in the fields of corporate and contract law or drafting documents.
Questions may also relate to sparring assistance on a matter currently relevant to a client or confirmation of a specific legal issue. For more extensive matters, we will arrange assistance separately.
Examples include:
- Legal advice related to the company’s daily operations
- Interpretation and commentary on contracts
- Practices related to the decision-making and activities of the board of directors or shareholders
- Financing and capital
- Registration matters
- Etc.
The price of the service is €190 per hour.
Legal consulting for businesses
Do you need legal services from time to time? We can provide ad hoc services for the drafting of minutes, for example, in the event of a change of company officers, a change of financial year, the organisation of a share issue or an amendment to the articles of association.
We also provide assistance in matters such as the registration with the Trade Register, the drafting of capital loan agreements and advice on company law, not forgetting taxation. Our experienced lawyers can act as secretaries at board meetings or chair at general meetings.
